Gula2 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the gula2 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the provisions stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the gula2 platform (including the website, mobile app, and all related services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions.

The gula2 platform is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who are located in a jurisdiction where participation in gaming and betting activities is lawful. If you do not meet the age requirement or if such activities are prohibited under your local laws, you are not permitted to use this platform.

Gula2 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Registration and account information

To access the full range of gula2 services, you are required to register and create a user account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree not to use a false identity, another person's information, or create any misleading account.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Attempts to register multiple accounts to manipulate the system, bonuses, or promotions may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed without any refund.

Password and account security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. gula2 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact our customer support team immediately at [email protected].

3. Payment Information, Deposits and Transactions in MYR

All financial transactions on the gula2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, registered under their own name, and has sufficient funds.

Gula2 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods, including approved eWallets. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to platform rules and may vary depending on the payment method selected. Any attempt to conduct fraudulent transactions, money laundering, or other illegal financial activities through this platform is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. gula2 reserves the right to freeze or close any account suspected of involvement in such activities and to hold any remaining balance pending investigation.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in special circumstances requiring manual approval from our finance team. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours once account verification is complete.

4. Platform Usage Rules and Account Policies

Prohibited conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following while using the gula2 platform:

  • Sharing, selling, or transferring ownership of your account to another party

Account suspension and closure

Any funds in a suspended account will be held pending investigation. gula2's decision regarding account closure is final.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining funds in the account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures following identity verification.

5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

The gula2 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. gula2 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to losses from gameplay, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond our control.

Gula2 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free from errors, or be protected from viruses and other cybersecurity threats. Users are responsible for ensuring the security of their own devices.

Intellectual property

All content, designs, logos, graphics, text, and software on the gula2 platform are the exclusive property of gula2 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any of this content without prior written consent.

Third-party links and services

The gula2 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers and game suppliers. gula2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the relevant third party's terms.

6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the gula2 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
